During my 2nd stay at TMC, I feel so down and sad when the nurse check on my breast milk flow and told me that my body doesn't produce enough breast milk for my baby. That explain why during each feeding, my baby tend to cry for a while, latch on again, suck for a while then cry again. She was trying so hard to ease her hunger, poor Enya!
Initially, plan to fully breastfeed her, due to the insufficient breast milk and the feeding interval time was so short till I don't have the time to rest. Here comes the formula milk to be introduced and I choose Similac to bottle feed her.
In order to have more breast milk, advice given is to pump as frequent as possible to simulate for demand.
