He Was Injured

This is his 1st time get injured. I am the one who cause him injured! He cry when he knocked on the bath tub and I think that he knocked on his cheek. I feel so sad when I notice he is bleeding, knocked on the corner of his eye, not on his cheek. My heart seems like broken into thousand pieces! No idea what should I do next. 1st thing come into my mind is to check on him whether is it seriously injured. Thanks God, just a slightly wounded. Hold him on a standing position, cover him with a towel then cuddle him, once he is in my arm, he give me a smile with some tears on his face, he stop crying. He forgotten about his pain.

When I saw him smile at me, I feel so touch, seems like he is telling me, "Mummy, don't worry about me, I am alright".

‘How To Prepare Baby Food’ Roadshow

I have a clearer picture on when and what to give to a baby after attending 'How to prepare baby food' roadshow at Polyclinic. Wholemeal bread is more suitable for 10 month-old onward, but 6 month-old baby can start eating white bread. Bread can dip with breast milk or infant formula for breakfast.

Go For 3rd Dose Of Hep B

9:00am appointment on his 3rd dose of hepatitis B injection. Need to get up early in the morning to prepare his things, just like going outstation, prepare his diapers, clothing, milk etc.

Is hard to get a cab at this time, especially is Monday morning, everyone still in the weekend mood - sleep late in the night during their weekends. There are lots of cab but most of the sign show 'On Call'.

Waited for about 15 minutes, then we managed to get a cab.

Can He Try Wholemeal Bread?

When is the appropriate month for Wayne to consume wholemeal bread?

I would like to give him a try on wholemeal bread but not too sure whether can he eat now, he is nearly 7 months old. Or is it good for him to eat wholemeal bread. Mmm... ... Let me check this out by tomorrow after attending ‘How To Prepare Baby Food’ Roadshow.

15th Day of CNY - 元宵节

So fast 农历正月十五日, 元宵节快过了! Last day of CNY. How did you celebrate? You are welcome to share your day with me if you want.

We have been long time eating out since I delivered Wayne. Today I decided to cook, went to market then prepare the ingredients. It is a simple dishes just only for 2 of us: soup (carrot, white radish, dried squid & spare ribs) and fry scramble egg with onion. I didn't capture down my dishes, what a waste.

As for Wayne, he has his carrot porridge (double boiled), mash banana & watermelon juice for the day. He also tried out a new taste of food - that is potatoes, looks like he does not enjoy much.

This is how I spend my day with my family... ...

7th Day of CNY

Clean up the house, changed bedsheets and pillow case for ttk's (my hubby) parent.

My father-in-law, mother-in-law & sister-in-laws come over to my place, they reached here around 5pm. Take a rest then they accompany Wayne and bring him out for a walk.

Today is the 7th day of CNY - in Chinese today is everyone's birthday 人人生日. We have our late dinner around 8pm, due to the crowd of people eating out.

Burglar Broke Into My Parent's Flat

Wow! Is 12:55am! I was in the bed going to fall asleep but my hubby wake me up. I sense something happen but can't really tell what it is. He just told me that my mum call and wanted to talk to me urgently.

Burglar breaks into their flat in KL. The burglar thoroughly checks on all handbags, drawers and cabinet, especially my room. I have 4 pendants (2* with '21' wording, blue stone surrounded with tiny diamonds & a shape of leaves), 1 necklace and 1 bracelet was stolen. I feel so sad that my pendant with word of '21', as a birthday gift (on my 21st birthday) from my parent was stolen by the burglar. Sad and feel sorry!

Teething

As usual, while placing him on my lap, he grabs my finger and put into his mouth to chew, and of course before letting my hand into his mouth, I have wash & clean my hand. I feel something unusual, something seems cutting my finger, so I place my finger onto his bottom front gum to check it out. WOW! It is his first tooth pushing through his gum line. Wayne is going to have his first teeth (known as central incisors).

Before noticing his first tooth, actually there are few symptoms:-

• Drooling
• Gnawing
• Running nose
• Rashes around his mouth

It Is So Nice To Have A Nap

After taking 2 hours nap without being disturbed, I felt so refresh and full of energy. It has been long ago I have not take a nap in the afternoon without being disturb, except when I fall sick during CNY.
