The Zoo - 动物园记

We have wanted to bring Wayne to Zoo, but time not permitted, so we postpone again and again. Saturday's PSI was high, 109 reach to unhealthy level and is not good to have outdoor activities.

Woke up early Sunday morning, around 5am, to check on the PSI level, PSI level still has not decreased. So we decided to cancel off our plan again. Laying down on my bed with my eye closed, thinking where should we go for Sunday? Need to plan elsewhere to go - a place that suits whole family to spend with, the only place that come in my mind is to go shopping, is a indoor place and no haze around. Is this a good idea? Which shopping mall should we go then? I have no idea at all.

By 7:30am, PSI updated and the level decreased to 68, so we decided to stick on to our plan - go to Zoo. Prepare our things then we go. Left home at 8:30am, took a cab to Mandai Road - Zoo. First thing when we reach there is to sign up a yearly access pass (If you are planning to visit the Zoo often, then this will highly recommended), this is more economical (if you tend to visit the Zoo more than once with family) than pay for every visit.

Secondly, after signing up for the yearly pass, we rented a motorist wheelchair for my mum.

Here she is with the motorist wheelchair. Hubby guiding her how to operate.

Having breakfast!

She has difficulty to walk long distance, when she walk a lot, she tends to have swollen leg and she need to rest in the bed for few days and with medication as well. So with the help of the motorist wheelchair, she can move far distance and go around together with us. Whole day she enjoyed exploring around and as well as a nearer distance watching monkey being feed.

Wayne has a good day as well, especially when he is in the children playland, splashing water and swing. I don't know how much can he see and understand but we still point to every animal that we saw.

Reached home at 4pm and need to get dinner ready for everyone.
