Company Lunar New Year Lunch

Today went for company Lunar New Year lunch at The Copperdome Anchorpoint. We do have a good time and enjoyed ourselves, nice chatting with each other. Think this is the only time where all colleagues able to gather around to meet each other.

Here's the list of dishes that my boss ordered.

1. 三文鱼生 Salmon “Yu Sheng”
2. 红烧竹笙海味翅 Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Diced Seafood and Bamboo Fungus
3.芥茉虾球 Deep-fried Prawns with Wasabi-mayo Sauce
4. 家乡蒸石斑 Steamed Garoupa with Shredded Meat and Mushrooms
5. 发菜白灵菇三层楼 Braised Homemade Beancurd and “Bai Ling” Mushrooms with Black Moss
6. 冰镇沙姜鸡 Poached Chicken with Special Minced Ginger and Spring Onions
7. 金菇瑶柱焖伊面 Stewed Ee-fu Noodles with Conpoy and Golden Mushrooms
8. 红豆沙汤丸 Sweetened Red Bean Cream with Glutinous Dumplings

Environment not bad but the food overall average.
